Range for an object of type OBJECT IDENTIFIER

How to define a fixed length OBJECT IDENTIFIER type of object in the MIB?  Does SMIv2 allows SIZE tag for an object of type OBJECT IDENTIFIER?     Any experiences regarding this? Mahesh
