http://www.net-snmp.org/#Documentation has a link named "The doxygen generated API
documentation" which leads to http://www.net-snmp.org/tutorial-5/agent/ which says:
This is the Net-SNMP coding and API reference documentation. It is incomplete, but
when combined with the manual page set and tutorials forms a pretty comprehensive
starting point.

Is "out" all there is? I'm not familiar with doxygen but I'm guessing it's a tool to
generate API docs from source and I wonder if "out" is the result of specifying a bad
option or redirection or something. Are there API docs somewhere that I'm not
finding? greping the source gets old after a while. ;-)
