How to create View ?

Hi,   Can anybody help me to explain how to add view by using snmpvacm command. I'm executing below command: snmpvacm -v2c -c public 10.254.24.245 createView [-Ce] system 1.3.6.1.2.1.1  7 I am entering 7 as mask . Is that O.K?
