-e/-E is for *client* applications. If you want to set the engine id
of the *server* (agent), have a look at the snmpd.conf tokens
engineID, engineIDType, engineIDNic and oldEngineID. For the details
and programmatic interfaces have a look at snmplib/snmpv3.c.
But, Sanjay, please stop sending the same question multiple times
