Hi,
As mentioned I went to the site
        http://www.net-snmp.org/tutorial-5/toolkit/index.html
and followed all the instructions as mentioned in the tutorial. For details
I am specifying the steps followed by me.

    1. I downloaded all the files present at the 'toolkit' page.
    2. I have put the NET-SNMP-TUTORIAL-MIB file in
/usr/local/share/snmp/mibs and net-snmp-5.1/mibs folder
    3. Then I performed export MIBS=ALL
    4. I performed the make operation as instructed. It went through
perfectly without any errors.
    5. I have added the line 'master agentx' in snmpd.conf file.
    6. Then I have executed './snmpd -c /root/snmpd.conf '
    7. Then I executed './example-demon' on a terminal which displayed the
message 'example-demon is up and running and connected to master agent'.
    8. But when I performed snmpget using 'snmpget -c public -v 2c localhost
.1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.2.4.1.1.2.0' it is not working.
        It is showing a message
'NET-SNMP-TUTORIAL-MIB::nstAgentSubagentObject.0 = No Such Object available
on this agent at this OID'

I couldn't find out the reason. Can anybody help me out but
mentioning what are the missed out steps to followed or what else to be
performed to make it work on Red Hat Linux AS(kernel 2.4.21-4.EL) which is
having net-snmp-5.0.8 installed.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Rana.
