SET suppport to that particular object is not implemented by the Net-SNMP
agent (and in fact that whole table is read-only).

The definition of these object specifies a *MAX* access of read-write.
This does *not* mean that these objects are necessarily accessible for
writing.

There are three possible reasons for this:
The majority of MIB objects are defined as "read-only" and
inherently cannot be changed via SET requests.
Of those that can in principle be changed, not all have been <<<
implemented as such in this agent. <<<
Even if SET support has been implemented, the agent may not be
configured to allow write access to this object.

I'm not actually *why* the backup timestamp objects were defined as
potentially writeable in the first place. What should the effect
of SETting these objects actually be? To schedule a dump at the
specified time?
