Looks like normal SNMPv3 discovery to me. The client either needs to give
correct boots/time values or handle the REPORTS coming back from the
notification receiver (snmptrapd) in order to resend the notification
with proper values.

Hmm and that mean, I'm new to snmp, any faq/docu u could advise.
