I don't know of any sub-agents, just snmpd itself.

Is there anything I can look to see if there is any sub-agents running?

That looks very odd.. A response is sent, then a select error, followed by
the agent deciding to shut down...  Do you have any sub-agents, or just
snmpd by itself?
