The HR mib has not yet been implemented on Windows. I am currently working on building with MinGW, but that will not be introduced into the codebase until 5.3 or later.

Having done this to configure:

./configure --with-mib-modules="host agentx disman/event-mib examples/example" --with-out-mib-modules=host/hr_network --with-openssl="/usr"
