Authenticated and encrypted traps

The man page for snmpd.conf mentions that ‘trapsess’ accepts the arguments listed in snmpcmd(1).  Does this mean you can specify, e.g., ‘trapsess –v3 –u UserName –l authPriv –A AuthenticationPassword –X PrivacyPassword localhost’ to send authenticated and encrypted traps?  If so, how do I configure snmptrapd to receive these traps (and reject unauthenticated, unencrypted traps)?  Where are the users configured?   Jules d’Entremont   -- Jules d'Entremont          [EMAIL PROTECTED] Solace Systems             (613)271-1010 x1028
