That would tend to indicate that this module was not actually compiled
into the agent.

It means that the MIB file will be read in and parsed, yes.
But that's not the same as the agent actually implementing it.

Did you compile this yourself?
If so, how did you run "configure"?

Or have a look at the object "UCD-SNMP-MIB::versionConfigureOptions"
which will indicate which modules were included.  You're looking
for an entry such as:
        "--with-mib-modules=host"
