You need to also install those MIB files (SNMPv2-TC-v1, CISCO-SMI, CISCO-TC) that are referenced from CISCO-PROCESS-MIB-V1SMI.my.
However, these are just warnings and won't help you getting more data out of the Cisco PIX. See
