You can not run two programs that listen on the same port number at the 
same time.

It is possible to run two version of the agent at the same time by 
following the instructions in the 'CO-EXISTENCE WITH MICROSOFT SNMP 
SERVICES' section of the win32\dist\readme.txt file.  You should be able

to do the same thing with snmptrapd.  You could leave snmptrapd on the 
default port and configure Microsoft's snmptrap service to listen on a 
different port number.  You would then need to configure snmptrapd to 
forward the traps you want to forward to the Microsoft trap receiver on 
the other port.
