VR>But wat is test.net-snmp.org ???

Apparently it's a public accessible (read-only) snmp enabled devices that
one can access for testing purposes.

VR>and why do we need to give ' demopublic ' instead of ' public ' ??

Because the 'public' community string is deprecated (because everybody knows
what it is) and whoever set up the device has chosen 'demopublic' as the
community string.
