i have a small ipv6 network consist of
1. fedora core 1 (server) 3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::1
2. fedora core 1 (client) 3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::4
3. windows XP (client) 3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::5
each of this have net-snmp agent enabled except XP.
in my snmpd.conf
com2sec6 local localhost public
com2sec6 v6net 3ffe:80d0:ff12:2::/64 public
group MyROGroup v1 local
group MyROGroup v1 v6net
view all included .1 80
access MyROGroup "" any noauth exact all none none
from server i cannot poll the fedora client although i
can ping each of the client.
2nd question
how should i do to enable snmp for ipv6 in XP using net-snmp.
