I am using Windows 2000.I tried executing the same by using Administrator as well as my LAN login.But still it does not work.But it has worked before.
If you extract a fresh copy of the 5.2.1 source and try to compile it without any modifications, does it compile?
You mention that you have snmpd installed and working under Windows already, but did you install that from the binary installer, or did you compile it yourself?
