Err.... Yes.
If an object is defined as being "not-accessible",
that means it is not accessible - you can't access it.

Digging a bit deeper, it turns out that you're actually
querying one of the index objects.   These typically *will*
be defined as "not-accessible".
   Try asking for one of the other columns instead.
That will give you both the dot1qTpFdbAddress value (as
part of the OID), *and* the corresponding column value.
Two bits of information for the price of one!
