And did you edit these files in any way?
Or did you just copy them exactly as generated by mib2c?

Where does that OID come from?
The root of MPLS-LSR-MIB seems to be somewhere under
mib2.transmission.  You might do better to work with
MPLS-LSR-STD-MIB (RFC 3813), which is rooted at
.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.166.2
