If you're using the iterator helper, where are the
'get_first' and 'get_next' hook routines?
The basic structure of this helper is that you walk through
the rows of the table, one at a time, and the helper decides
which row is needed for any given request.
But without the get_{first/next} hooks, I wouldn't have
thought that this code would work at all.
