But that copies an existing transport address (and is actually what's being called anyway). Which is the exact opposite of what's required here. What Susanne needs is a way to make a copy of the PDU structure that *doesn't* include the transport address fields. I was hoping John might be able to shed some light on whether the transport information was needed in the PDU copy at all (and if so, why).
