It looks reasonable enough - certainly the Net-SNMP aspects of it.
But you might need to check with the "sec" people - that's not a
tool that we know anything about.

Bottom line - does it work?

Well if you want, we can probably complicate things for you - perhaps
introduce a bug or two.  I'm not quite sure why you'd want this though
