Our SNMP SubAgent is a separate process built with the APIs.  I am not
clubiing it with the SNMP Agent Daemon.  I guess in such a case we reuire
these headers I guess.

No, as those are the protocol specific bits used by the agent. A sub-agent
shouldn't need them.

Is there any other call that I should use instaead of this, to avoid
