No.
If you use directives such as

        com2sec -Cn context1  sec1 default community1
        com2sec -Cn context2  sec2 default community2

then SNMPv1 or SNMPv2c requests received with these communities
will be mapped to the appropriate contexts.  (5.2 and above)
