Hi Robert, Any info on this? I am currently using Netsnmp v5.0.9 and can't use stale cache method available in 5.2.1.
Even if I am using iterate, and if I try to populate data in get_firstXXX routine, it would call the data gather function for each request, and in a get_next scenario, this is not efficient. One of the tables is implemented using array_user.conf, which polls and updates the table periodically. It works fine in that scenario. Now, if I want to disable polling and want to return fresh data on a get request, can I call my data fetch routine, on each GET request arrival? I know Iterate.conf code can do that. If it is possible, which function to override? Thanks, Geo ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
