Hello. Using Net-SNMP 5.1.3 on Linux (Mandrake 10.1).
When I run snmpd with the -f (no fork option), a simple test using
snmpwalk works.
However if I use the default method in which snmpd is forked, no
reponse is received back when an snmpwalk is attempted.
The only diagnostic I can find is that after the snmpd is started
and forked, in the syslog I find:
snmpd[9265]: pdu failed to be created.
Any suggestions and remedies for this behaviour gratefully received.
