You could use a script and the exec/pass tokens (see snmpd.conf). You don't
really need a MIB to do this.

We'd need to see the trap/inform sink entries from snmpd.conf. You could also
run but snmpd and snmptrapd with -d to see packet dumps and see if packets are
actually flowing.

The correct way to configure trap destinations dynamically would be via the
snmp target and notification MIBs.
