I have moved from using net-snmp on linux to windows, but i am missing the snpmtrapd.conf file ? I would really like to be able to execute a script when receiving a trap, like in the linux version.

You need to create an snmptrapd.conf file. If you installed the Windows binary using the default path, then it should go in C:\usr\etc\snmp. You can also use snmpconf to create the file.
