interfaces.c from 5.1.3/5.1.3.1 (2 seperate installs) did not work. interfaces.c & interfaces.h from 5.1.3/5.1.3.1 (2 seperate installs) did not work.
I have installed the binary 5.0.9. It sees the interface as up both ifOperStatus and ifAdminStatus.
