To be sure that the 5.1.3.1 snmptrapd is not loading any libraries from
5.0.9, run:

 ldd /root/net-snmp-5.1.3.1/apps/snmptrapd

Make sure it's not loading library files from /usr/local/lib or wherever
RH's RPM installed them.
