Yes.
It's not been part of the default configuration until now
(although some binary distributions do explicitly include
it anyway). That will change with the 5.3 release, where
this module *will* be part of the default configuration
(at least for some architectures).
Otherwise, you need to explicitly enable it when first
compiling the agent, by running:
./configure --with-mib-modules=host
