I understand that the following errors are due to missing MIB modules. But I am not sure how to correlate the following token errors with the appropriate MIBs (new to snmp). I am not sure of the correct options to pass the configure script either: Unknown Token Warnings: (Our subcontractor had added these on our Red Hat platform and now we are trying to mimick it on our Monta Vista platform): /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 2: Warning: Unknown token: master. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 3: Warning: Unknown token: rwcommunity. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 4: Warning: Unknown token: AgentxTimeout. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 5: Warning: Unknown token: AgentxRetries. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 9: Warning: Unknown token: smuxpeer. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 11: Warning: Unknown token: group. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 12: Warning: Unknown token: view. /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf: line 13: Warning: Unknown token: access. Here is our options being passed to configure: ./configure --exec-prefix="/net_snmp_512/exe-files" \ --prefix="/net_snmp_512/install-files" \ --with-defaults --with-sys-contact="Unknown" \ --with-mib-modules="host disman/event-mib smux" \ --with-mibdirs="/usr/local/carrius/SnmpAgent/MIBs" \ --with-libwrap="/usr/lib" \ --enable-shared
I figured my last question was too broad, so I narrowed it down a little. Thanks, Jim ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
