I'm not sure that we've ever had much in the way of formal reports of which embedded systems have successfully ported the Net-SNMP software. Mostly we tend to hear when people are having problems. These have typically been related to config file (and MIB) handling, particularly on embedded systems without a persisent file system. The other area of questions that seem to becoming more common is concerned with cross compiling. (Again, something I know little or nothing about!) If you have a particular target system in mind, it might be worth asking the support lists for that system - either if they can provide any advice themselves, or put you in contact with other people who have worked on the same problem. If you find that particular patches are required to get things working, do feel free to feed these back to us, so we can update the source for future releases.
