There is no way that we can reasonably be expected to help you solve a problem, if we don't know what the problem actually is. There's no single "snmpset syntax" for creating or deleting a row. Doing this depends very much on the characteristics of the table that you are referring to. It's impossible to answer that question without seeing the full MIB. I suggest that you talk to the person who designed the MIB for you, to discover the intended behaviour of these tables.
