I have a problem with net-snmp 5.2.2.
It has been installed via portage on a FreeBSD machine (AMD64 arch).
The deamon fills my logs with this message:
Jan 2 16:50:00 bep-pc1 snmpd[38442]: truncating integer value > 32 bits

Thanks for the report. You've likely found a 64-bit bug in the agent code. Can you please narrow down which SNMP GET request (for exactly which object) triggers this?
With this information please file a bug on www.net-snmp.org/bugs .

Okay it's done.

PS: When I made a snmpwalk, I get few other errors:
snmpd[38442]: netsnmp_assert "cache" == "valid" failed mibII/tcp.c: 208 tcp_handler() snmpd[38442]: netsnmp_assert "cache" == "valid" failed mibII/tcp.c: 208 tcp_handler()
snmpd[38442]: truncating unsigned value to 32 bits (11)
snmpd[38442]: truncating integer value > 32 bits
snmpd[38442]: truncating integer value > 32 bits

Truly yours,

Arnaud.
