Hi I have ActivePerl5.8 and net-snmp-5.2.2.1.win32 and I can't arrive to work the subroutine get and command snmpget to view a value of specific Mib on remote-host?
With the "doDebugging 1" in snmp.conf, I have (with both subroutine get and snmpget) this error: ------------------------------------------------------------------- snmp_sess_open:unable to connect with remote engine timeout(-24) ? snmp_api : unable to determine remote engine ID can't call methode "get" on an undefined value ------------------------------------------------------ I put my mib in ../share/snmp/ Also with an other binary snmpget (HP-OV)it's work perfectly and I have my value.It's not a network or snmp problem. I read many post in archive but I don't find still the solution ? any ideas where the problem could come ?
