The format of an usmUser entry basically follows the layout of SNMP-USER-BASED-SM-MIB::usmUserTable:

usmUser <userStatus> <userStorageType> <engineID> <name> <secName> <cloneFrom> <authProtocol> <authKey> <privProtocol> <privKey> <userPublicString>

To identify the USM user in question, just have a look at the <name> field which contains the user name in hex format.
