What on earth do you mean by a "v2 user"?
SNMPv2c doesn't work with "users" - it works with the
same community-based mechanism as traditional SNMPv1.
(There were some other versions of SNMPv2 that did
 use users, but these are completely obsolete now).

You mean like "snmpusm" ?
