Eh?
Every suggestion (bar one) in the entry about reducing
memory footprint will result in one or other of the
libraries becoming smaller.  Not necessarily by much,
but smaller.

Try acting these suggestions (either individually or
all together), and see what happens.

Yes, of course - tweak the Makefile (and possibly an
occasional header file) to omit any helpers you
don't need, and recompile.

"--disable-debugging" should reduce it a bit.
"--without-kmem-usage" *might* reduce it a bit.
And stripping it, of course.
    (all taken from the FAQ entry)

But this is the core functionality of the main agent
driving code, so it's difficult to drop much of it.
