I would be quite interested in getting this to work on Solaris 2.8+.  I would 
probably need some handholding though.

Thanks for the response.  I am absolutely interested in this capability 
being ported to OpenBSD.
I currently have no way to capture In/Out octet counters directly from 
this device now that the interfaces are moving over 120meg/sec.
