It won't affect the ability of the master agent to accept AgentX
connections, or the ability of other AgentX subagents to connect
to it, no.

It just means that "snmptrapd" does not try to run as a subagent
(and hence won't try to connect to the master agent).   It has
no effect on the AgentX support as a whole.
