   The requirement is that I also want to send alarms for even Memory and
disk utilization. The alarms should also have the severity information like
major,critical .... 
   Also, I want to send a clear the alarms to any alarm generated whenever
the the thresholds are safe(I guess I will need to have a ID for alarms for
this requirement). So what I wanted to ask if there are any net-snmp
built-in MIBS which I can use to generate alarm and clear alarms of this
type.

You should be able to use the load average information
(UCD-SNMP-MIB::laTable) to set up suitable monitoring.

Try something like

        monitor "load" laLoadInt > 200

which should trigger an error whenever any of the three load
average figures rises above 2.00

Note that using the monitor directive does require a couple of
other settings as well.  See the snmpd.conf(5) man page for details.
