You can set them independently.  If one particular request takes
greater than any of the timeouts required to get the answer, you won't
get it.  It's that simple.

Generally, the later the release number the better the AgentX
support.  AgentX is one of those things that has only been improving.
Some people like to stay on an older release to ensure all the other
new things are more stable.  But if possible, 5.3.0.1 is likely to be
slightly better.  It's up to you to decide if it's worth it or not.
