You'd have to write something that would return the results within the
agent, and a management app to collect the results.  This can be done
in a number of ways, and there are some details at:

http://www.net-snmp.org/tutorial/tutorial-5/toolkit/ 

But, what you're looking for is fairly complex data wise...  The
simplest hack would be to return what you needed from an extend script
(see the snmpd.conf manual page).
