What Nagios MIBs. I don't believe anything of the sort exists (which
is what Thomas said too).
Nagios now provides a MIB for people who want to have Nagios send *out*
SNMP traps when host and service alerts occur. See:

The MIB doesn't have to be compiled. All you need to do is put the two
MIB files in the mibs folder (probably /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs) and
run snmptrapd to receive the traps.
