snmptrapd - 5.3.0.1 Dropping traps

Hi   I installed the latest NET-SNMP 5.3.0.1 and ran the following command    # snmptrapd    -f -Le NET-SNMP version 5.3.0.1 AgentX subagent connected Warning: no access control information configured. This receiver will *NOT* accept any incoming notifications. NET-SNMP version 5.3.0.1 No access configuration - dropping trap.   I think I need to change either snmpd.conf or snmptrapd.conf file to make the trap appear. Please let me know what changes I should make in those configuration files.   Thanks Vinod
