It's supposed to be working. Are you aware that this is a snmp.conf (not
snmpd.conf) directive? If you put it into snmpd.conf, you need to prefix
it with [snmp] like this:
[snmp] clientAddr 10.11.12.13
If you still have problems, run the agent with "-Dread_config" to verify
that your config gets applied.
