Title: Re: the meaning of OID(define by extend) was too confuse

Looks like a string index
The first number is the length of the OID, then that many numbers are asccii

Subject: the meaning of OID(define by extend) was too confuse

NET-SNMP: 5.2 (net-snmp.5.2.tar.Z)
OS: AIX4.3.3

=============================================================================================
my snmpd.conf has such line:
extend .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.350 tbl_proc_info /bin/sh /usr/local/extra/tbl_proc_info.sh
tbl_proc_info.sh is script to get process info(such as: %cpu, %mem, name, etc...)
==============================================================================================

When use getbulk for this oid, I get such result as below.

1: enterprises.2021.10000.100.350.1.0 (integer) 1
2:enterprises.2021.10000.100.350.2.1.2.13.116.98.108.95.112.114.111.99.95.105.110.102.111(octet string) /bin/sh

The problem is:
1. The result Is just returned by Line 11, let me define the ResultOID as enterprises.2021.10000.100.350.3.1.2.13.116.98.108.95.112.114.111.99.95.105.110.102.111.

2. The ReulstOID is so long, and the snmpd.conf doesn't explain the oid's generation rule.
Is there any document to explain the extend 's oid definition rule?
Whether ResultOID is alterable, can i always use snmpwalk with the ResultOID to get the result?

Can anyone tell me the meaning of OID(define by extend), thanks a lot!
