I had to add the --with-mib-modules=ucd-snmp/pass option
to the config and recompile and now snmpd passes the
OID to my app. Now I just have to debug my app :)

Does the output of "net-snmp-config --snmpd-module-list" contain
"ucd-snmp/pass"? If not, you need to recompile and add
--with-mib-modules=ucd-snmp/pass to the existing configure options
("net-snmp-config --configure-options").
