I have put the code in agent/mibgroup/wireless, there are two files - a .c
and .h.  I do not know whether it uses mibII or if-mib as am no expert in
your code.

If there is a good overview of the two options, and a how-to convert old code
(which I suspect this is as it dates from 2003) to new code I would be 
grateful if you could point me at it.

I mentioned this to Larry Simmons (the original author) and he is happy
that is should be released with an original author attribution of him, and
updater of me, and under the license used for the rest of net-snmp.
