The message at the top of the log file implies that you're restarting the agent (presumably with a HUP signal). We know that there are sometime problems in re-loading certain MIB module configurations. What happens if you shut the agent down completely, make sure that the config file(s) contain the minimum settings that you want to use, and start the agent up again?
